Refund Policy
At Gadg-It, your satisfaction is our priority. That's why our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee backs every order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a clear photo or video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. You may also cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
If your package doesn’t arrive within 60 days of shipping (45 days for U.S. orders, 110 days for Brazil), you’re eligible for a full refund. If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, we may require a non-delivery certificate from your local post office to process your refund.
Refund requests made more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible. Items must be returned in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
