REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
At Gadg-It, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. If you receive the wrong product or if something is missing from your order, let us know within the same timeframe with photo or video proof so we can correct the issue promptly.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipping, or 45 days for US orders and 110 days for Brazil, you are eligible for a full refund. If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we require a non-delivery certification from your local post office before processing a refund.
Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible. Items must be returned in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or defective. For all refund requests, please contact us at support@gadg-it.com with your order number and the necessary supporting evidence.
