How Our Guarantee Works:
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@gadg-it.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
Two Easy Refund Options:
A) For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your item has a fault on our end, we will provide a 100% full refund or a free replacement. Simply provide a photo or video of the issue, and there are absolutely no fees involved
B) For Any Other Reason (Our Hassle-Free Return Policy):
If you've simply changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product, we've created a simple solution.
As a UK-based company, shipping an item back to us internationally can be very expensive and time-consuming for our customers. To save you the trouble and cost, you don't have to send the item back!
Instead, we will process your refund minus a flat £13.60 international return fee. This fee helps cover the initial shipping and handling costs, saving you from paying the much higher price of international postage yourself.
Shipping Delay Guarantee
If your package shows no tracking information or has not arrived after 45 days from the shipping date, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund. We kindly ask that you wait until this period has passed before submitting a claim for a delayed order.
