We stand behind The PeelEase. Here's how it works:

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before the order has been processed. Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

We offer refunds within 30 days for:

• Products damaged on arrival (requires photo/video proof)
• Wrong or missing items
• Products that arrive broken
• Shipping delays

How to request a refund:
Report the issue within 30 days with clear photo or video evidence (where applicable). We'll review and process your refund promptly.

What's not covered:
All other returns are non-refundable. This includes change of mind or items that have been used.

Shipping delay guarantee:

If your package shows no tracking information or has not arrived after 45 days from the shipping date, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund. We kindly ask that you wait until this period has passed before submitting a claim for a delayed order.
