Returns & Refunds
All orders can be cancelled and refunded before the products are processed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. You must contact us within 12 hours.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all shipped orders within 30 days of the order being delivered.
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued.
If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. In order to get a refund, you will need to contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
